We are hiring an Account Manager to support the growthof Fabrick in the Italian market. We are looking for a person whois willing to scale the business, through a proactive salesapproach. You will manage relationships with Fabricks key clients,you will be focused on cross & up-selling activities in orderto ensure target revenues on the assigned portfolio. You will havea strong understanding of technical concepts and enjoy being closeto sales and partnership managers as well as product andengineering teams. What you will do: - Be the main point of contactfor our most-important customers, managing a cross industryportfolio (merchants, corporates, financial institutions) - Shape,monitor and share our KPIs to our clients - Build relationshipswith the right stakeholders to success into the day-to-dayactivities - Champion product improvements and help drive to launchnew features - Attending events to meet Fabricks clients - Workclosely with executives within the business to drive sales strategyThe Ideal Candidate: - Strong business acumen and enthusiasticabout working in an innovative area of finance - Knowledge of thepayment/banking industry + B2B SaaS setting is recommended -Excellent communication skills - Dynamic and KPI-driven - Capableof working well under pressure - Driven to succeed bothindividually and as part of a team - Ability tothink-outside-the-box and suggest changes to processes to improveefficiency - Quick to learn, understand, and explain complexconcepts and products - Willing to travel, to visit other officesand to stay in regular touch with the headquarter - 5 years ofexperience in a client facing role, working with enterpriseaccounts - Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (STEM,finance or economics) or equivalent practical experience Workplace:Milan + remote
