We are looking for a System Analyst who will play a key role in our team, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and optimize our systems. Key responsibilities: Analyze business and system processes, identifying areas for improvement Gather and document business and technical requirements for system changes Work closely with development teams to define system functionalities and integrations Design and document system interactions, including REST and SOAP API specifications Support the testing and validation of system modifications Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives Assist in monitoring and improving system performance and security What we are looking for: At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and system documentation tools Experience with API integration and working with REST and SOAP services Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence Fluency in English (B2 level or higher) Nice-to-have: Experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and integrations Previous exposure to payment systems or financial services What we offer: Hybrid work model - 1 day on site/week International projects: work in a dynamic, multicultural environment Private medical care: your well-being is important to us A chance to make an impact: your ideas and contributions matter If youre ready to take on a role where you can drive real change, wed love to hear from you.
