Job DescriptionEurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking an Application Support Specialist for the European Team. The role is open to multiple Eurofins site locations.Roles & Responsibilities:Provide support for P1 to P4 issues, escalating to other teams or vendors until resolved.Perform quarterly audits, review application logs and audit trails to meet GxP requirements.Consult with vendors and educate end users on best practices.Test and patch Windows updates on servers and test PCs; support laboratory instruments.Participate in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery tests.Handle incident, change, and problem management; coordinate with CSV team, I/C team, and lab QAs.Develop documentation and maintain a knowledge base for support staff.Provide application usage statistics and reports to management.Research, test, and implement software updates/upgrades.Provide training and support during the Eurofins Cloud Migration Project.Ensure timely completion of work dependent on other departments; support up to 10% business travel.Execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols onsite or remotely.Switch between project and operational roles as needed, reporting progress and timelines.Qualifications:Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.GxP, Data Integrity, and ITIL certifications are advantageous.At least 2 years of IT application support experience, preferably with Chromeleon CDS in a GxP environment.Strong understanding of application architecture and workflows.Analytical troubleshooting skills.Experience supporting applications in Windows and Cloud environments.Experience validating applications to meet GxP standards.Knowledge of ITIL services and ServiceNow.Experience migrating laboratory applications across domains.Additional Skills:Multilingual abilities for European laboratories.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a complex international environment.Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.Work Schedule & Other Information:Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with availability for non-business hours for critical issues.Possibility of smart working and professional development support.Permanent contract; salary based on candidate profile.Application requires a detailed CV in English with personal data authorization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
