Your Role

The Head of Sales, Customer Programs & Product Management is a key role leading three critical areas and teams. Responsible for overseeing our Sales initiatives and Strategy in support of the Companys overall business plan and targets, developing and growing customer programs and managing key relationships with customers and prospective customers in the aerospace, aviation and electrification industries and leading the product road map management to ensure market share and profitable revenue growth for the Company.
