As part of its continued growth, our client a well-established and independent international reinsurance group is seeking to recruit a Senior Internal Auditor for its Luxembourg office. This key role will support the Internal Audit function and contribute to the group''s ongoing development and regulatory compliance on an international level. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of the annual internal audit plan and related budget, in collaboration with the Internal Audit Manager. Contribute to the scheduling of audit assignments and the allocation of internal resources in line with the approved plan. Design and execute audit programs in accordance with professional standards and internal methodologies. Conduct operational and efficiency reviews of internal processes and company policies. Consolidate audit findings and assist in the preparation of clear, well-structured audit reports. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure follow-up. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal audit policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information obtained during audit engagements. Provide regular updates to the Internal Audit Manager on the progress of audit missions and team performance. Stay current with regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in the field of internal audit. Profile Required: Bachelor''s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications are considered a strong asset. At least 3 years of experience in internal or external audit, ideally within the insurance or reinsurance industry.
