This friendly relaxed expanding law firm based in Holborn is seeking to recruit a lively and enthusiastic individual to work as part of their reception team and also to assist with HR and general administration. Working on reception you will deal with all incoming calls, meet and greet clients, book couriers and taxi''s, manage meeting rooms etc. The administration duties will vary immensely, assisting the HR manager with joiners and leavers administration, ensure all staff records are up to date, keep records of training and CPD points and provide general administration support to the secretaries.The ideal candidate will have previous experience gained either in a law firm or another professional environment, have excellent communication skills have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be very much a team player.
