Twin Promotion and Fortior are project developers that are part of a family group. We are specialized in the construction and exploitation of different types of real estate, such as hotels, second homes, student housing and public car parks in Belgium and France. We are a fast growing company with more than 60 employees, who enjoy training, events and above all a great working atmosphere.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Copywriter & Social Media Manager who can drive our strategy across digital and print platforms for Fortior and Twin Promotion. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, digital marketing, and community engagement. The candidate must be able to balance creativity with performance-driven content, ensuring that messaging aligns with brand goals and sales objectives.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can both execute and optimize content for impact. You will be working closely with the Marketing manager, Webmaster & Designer and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with objectives and target audiences.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across multiple platforms (websites, newsletters, automated emails, social media, brochures, and print materials).
- Implement best practices in storytelling and digital writing to improve engagement and conversions.
- Optimize content for SEO, ensuring it ranks effectively and supports business growth as per the strategy defined.
- Ensure content accuracy, quality, and consistency across languages
Social Media Management & Community Engagement
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for social media and owned media channels.
- Create engaging and shareable social media content, including captions, visuals, and multimedia.
- Oversee audience engagement, ensuring timely responses and interactions within the digital and social channels.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, up-to-date content.
- Monitor and analyze social media KPIs to improve performance and engagement.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Performance & Reporting
- Track content performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and campaign reports.
- Optimize content based on performance data, user engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Produce and present required reporting to ensure tracking of results and reaching objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Writing, editing, and storytelling skills across digital and print formats.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Webflow).
- Experience in social media management tool Meta Business Suite
- Tracking and reporting : mouseflow, google analytics
- Good understanding of SEO and content optimization strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Fluent in [language required]; translation skills are a plus.
Is a plus for the role
- Ability to create and edit basic visual assets for social media and digital campaigns using Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools.
- Email marketing and automation experience (Mailchimp, or equivalent).
- Max. 3 years experience
