Position overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team as a leading player in the Medtech sector. We are committed to delivering high-quality medical devices and equipment to healthcare professionals around the world. The Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure the integrity of stored medical devices.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage the timely receipt and dispatch of products.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, incoming/outgoing shipments, and any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to the storage and handling of medical products.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor and manage warehouse budgets, striving for cost-effective operations.
• Uphold safety standards and promote a culture of safety among warehouse personnel.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of practical professional experience in the field due to specialized education and extensive practical experience.
• Proven experience of 3+ years in warehouse management, preferably in the Medtech or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for handling medical products.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Lean management, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement (KVP).
• Project management experience.
• Effective communication skills in English and German.
