About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer or Staff Engineer to join the team and help them build scalable, real-time systems that power the platform. This is a great opportunity to work on advanced distributed systems, tackle low-latency problems, and contribute directly to the architecture of a product that will redefine an entire industry.
Key Challenges
- Design and implement scalable architectures capable of handling large volumes of data and high user concurrency.
- Optimize system performance to ensure real-time responsiveness for critical features.
- Solve complex problems related to distributed systems, such as managing Kafka partitions, WebSocket connections, and asynchronous event processing.
- Build robust infrastructure to support innovative AI-driven functionalities while maintaining reliability and efficiency.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer or Staff Engineer, with expertise in distributed systems, scalability, and real-time processing.
- Deep understanding of backend technologies such as Python, Kafka, WebSockets, and similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of concurrency, asynchronous programming, and low-latency system design.
- Experience working on large-scale systems, preferably in industries like video streaming, real-time communications, or SaaS platforms.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling innovative and complex technical challenges.
- While not mandatory, familiarity with AI/ML technologies is a plus.
