Youll act as a servant leader and coach helping your team stay focused, unblock progress, and work in an adaptive, collaborative way.Essential Skills:3+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile CoachStrong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)Experience working with cross-functional product, UX, and engineering teamsProficient in Jira and ConfluenceSkilled facilitator and communicator, able to influence without authorityComfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsFluent in EnglishHybrid role based in Barcelona 23 times per week in office6 month freelance / contract opportunityApprox 400 - 450EUR per day
