FunctieomschrijvingRandstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a Project Management Specialist for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.We offer an initial 12-month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.CCNL Metalworking Industry, level B1, commensurate with the candidate''s experience, plus meal vouchers.Possibility of smart working.ResponsabilitThe resource, at Gas Technology Services, is seeking an NPD Planner who will drive the implementation of the NPD process and work closely with Product Leaders, System Engineers, and the Projects team (Engineering, Procurement, Application Engineering, Manufacturing, Service). The main focal point for planning, ensuring NPD program deliverables are met, will have to:Develop an integrated program plan across all functions with milestones, deliverables, resources, and required funding to carry out the development, and keep it updated.Engage the multifunctional team involved in the program, including Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Suppliers, etc.Ensure the execution of program activities on time and within budget, meeting product cost requirements. Lead and oversee design, development, testing, verification, and validation on time and within budget.Apply Project Management best practices from other NPD projects to improve project plan execution.Provide metrics on project status.Functie-eisenQualifications / Requirements:In-depth knowledge of Primavera planning tool.Bachelor''s degree in engineering or equivalent.Strong positive attitude towards performance and teamwork.Team-building attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.Strong ability to multi-task.Project management skills and experience.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong systems thinking capability.La ricerca rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
