How your day will look like
- Provide 1st and work with 2nd level support to small and medium-sized enterprise customers primarily through ServiceNow and remote maintenance; phone and e-mail communication are used only occasionally.
- Collaboration with third party providers
- Analyse, solve and document user problems
- Create documentation and checklists, and maintain the Knowledge Database
- Administer access rights
- Perform administrative tasks and keep internal processes updated
Your profile
- Support experience and ideally knowledge of the Microsoft environment
- Experience with Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune
- Proficiency with Windows Server and Microsoft 365
- A curious mindset and a passion for technology
- The ability to work independently, customer-oriented thinking, and high-quality standards
- Native or fluent level of German (at least C1), good level of English
