You will shape our culture,manage all core HR processes, and ensure our systems, tools, andpeople strategies scale effectively with the companys growth. KeyResponsibilities Human Resources: - Attract and retain top talentthrough effective recruitment strategies - Lead performancemanagement and promote employee well-being - Design and implementcareer development frameworks - Manage and automate HRadministration processes (e.g., payroll, expenses, attendance,travel) - Ensure compliance with labour regulations in amulticultural, international environment - Define and monitor HRKPIs such as gender balance, equal pay, and employee engagement -Coach and empower managers to grow as leaders - Support diversity,equity, and inclusion initiatives - Implement and manage HR toolsand platforms suitable for a distributed workforce - Manageend-to-end payroll operations in collaboration withfinance/accounting partners Office & Culture Management: -Foster and maintain a thriving remote-first work culture - Organiseinternal virtual and hybrid events to support connection and morale- Act as a key point of contact for remote operations andasynchronous communication practices - Promote digital efficiencyand collaboration, especially through platforms like Slack, Notion,and HRIS tools Requirements Minimum: - Fluent in both French andEnglish (a third language is a plus) - Strong knowledge of Frenchlabour law (Masters degree or PhD preferred) - Based in Paris,with the ability to support remote-first operations - Provenexperience in an HR role within an early-stage startup (Series AB,under 100 employees) - Must have experience working in aremote-only or remote-first environment - Must have implemented HRtools and systems in a start-up context - Must have digitaloperations expertise, with strong working knowledge of tools suchas Slack - Experience managing payroll and related administrativeprocesses - Excellent communication and organisational skills -Proficient in Google Workspace (GSuite) or Microsoft Office Nice toHave: - Background in recruitment or agency experience - Scientifictraining in biology, biotechnology, or computer science - Coachingcertification or demonstrated leadership development experience OurValues We are: - Ambitious: We aim high with concrete technical andbusiness milestones - Creative: We challenge assumptions in afast-learning, failure-tolerant environment - Supportive: We valueteam cohesion and mutual respect - Impact-driven: We focus ondelivering meaningful, effective solutions
