We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in orthopedic implants, specifically hip and knee replacement products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, while also leading the development of sales strategies and supporting the performance and growth of the sales team.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Partner with sales representatives to identify, engage, and convert prospective leads
Track, document, and evaluate all sales activities and outcomes
Develop and refine sales strategies based on detailed market and competitor analysis
Formulate and review monthly action plans to achieve budgeted sales goals
Plan and implement promotional initiatives, CRM activities, and marketing strategies to drive sales performance
Collaborate with institutional and government sales teams to ensure product availability and generate demand
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in orthopedic hip and knee replacement/implant products
Strong decision-making, leadership, and financial acumen
Proficient in the regional language (written and spoken), with intermediate proficiency in English
Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally, based on business needs
