With over 25 years of expertise, the company is a recognized player in the development of solutions that measure and manage electricity, gas, water, and thermal energy flows.
R&D Manager - Energy Your Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop the R&D team;
- Monitor capacity and technical competencies, and anticipate future resource needs;
- Coordinate all aspects of product development: hardware, embedded systems, cloud solutions, and product housing;
- Ensure alignment of development activities with product roadmaps and the companys strategic goals;
- Oversee collaboration with external stakeholders and manage associated budgets;
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
R&D Manager - Energy Your Profile
- A completed technical education at university or college level;
- Proven experience in an R&D leadership or management role;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Solid knowledge of New Product Introductions (NPIs) and related regulations;
- Experience in cloud or embedded software development is a plus;
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are comfortable with change;
- Willingness to work several days a week at the office
- Fluent in Dutch, with strong command of English.
