Our product portfolio offers great solutions for public and industrial wastewater treatment plants, pneumatic pressure and vacuum conveying, firing of cement and lime kilns, and much more.Main ResponsibilitiesManage incoming requests from customers in Germany and Switzerland.Handle quotations in SAP, follow customer requests, and support the sales team to convert quotations into orders.Manage orders, ensuring delivery times are met.Be the key contact for customers from order to delivery.Organize, communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and solve problems.Participate in product and other training sessions in Parma or other company locations.Key CompetenciesInter-cultural and networking skills.Experience in a similar Inside Sales role within the target region and industry.Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and/or Salesforce.Ability to handle multiple customers and topics under pressure.Excellent communication skills in Italian, German, and English; French is a plus.QualificationsBachelors degree or higher preferred.
