The team: TheCustomer Account team at FBK is responsible for managing our globalcustomer portfolio to ensure their satisfaction, retention andexpansion. We work at the intersection of Customer Management andGo-To-Market execution, partnering with Marketing, BusinessAnalysts, and Tech to drive growth and deliver measurable businessvalue through FBK solutions. The role: Were looking for a smart,driven, and entrepreneurial Customer Account who thrives onbuilding meaningful customer relationships while also playing astrategic role in our go-to-market initiatives. You will takeownership of the full customer journey from identifyingopportunities and leading the sales cycle, to enabling success,renewals, and growth across your account base. If yourecustomer-obsessed, commercially sharp, and energized bycross-functional collaboration, this is the role for you. The workyoull do: - Build trusted relationships with customers by deeplyunderstanding of their business context, challenges and strategicgoals - Identify and develop new business opportunities withinexisting and new accounts, aligned with customer needs and FBKsGTM strategy - Conduct the full sales cycle from discovery tonegotiation and closing - Deliver impactful presentations and demostailored to client-specific use cases and outcomes - Develop strongbusiness cases to support investment decisions - Drive upsell andcross-sell initiatives in your portfolio - Partner with Marketingto generate and qualify new leads, contributing directly to GTMplanning - Lead contract negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomesfor customers and FBK - Create and maintain Account Success Plans,setting clear goals and KPIs for each customer - Lead and manageend-to-end software implementation projects for customers -Collaborate with internal teams (Business Analyst, Tech, Support)to define project scope, timelines, deliverables and resourceplanning - Develop and maintain project documentation includingplans, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports - Use CRMtools to analyze engagement, satisfaction, and usage trends,driving continuous improvement - Serve as a customer advocate,ensuring their voice is heard across the organization Thequalifications you need: - A degree in Economics, InternationalBusiness or a comparable degree program - 3+ years of experience insoftware sales (SaaS is a plus) - Familiar with selling enterprisesolutions - Strong sales acumen with end-to-end ownership of thesales cycle - Experience collaborating with Marketing andGo-To-Market teams - Excellent communication and storytellingskills, in both English and Italian (additional languages are aplus) - A proactive and strategic mindset, with the curiosity tounderstand the clients world and the drive to challenge the statusquo - Familiarity with CRM tools What FBK can offer you: - Theopportunity to work in a unique and fast-growing field: TenderManagement & AI - A growing team from diverse backgrounds tolearn from and work with - Investment in your personal growth andskill development (career paths, L&D courses, mentorships, andmore) - A unique combination of innovative atmosphere paired withgreat professionalism and self-responsible work - A flexible,hybrid working model with a focus on work-life balance - A clearset of company values that guides everything we do: Play Like aTeam, Wear the Customers Shoes, Kindness Always and Think Forward- Competitive salary and incentive plans aligned with performanceAbout us: At FBK, we have built a leading product that has definedthe new standard of Tender Management Systems (TMS), but we don''twant to stop there.
