He/she will provide local partnership and advice to local managers and employees on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Data Management, Employee Life Cycle documentation, working closely with the HR team. The role is based in Vignate with travel to other Italian sites.General Responsibilities:Deliver HR services to Italian plants, ensuring positive customer experience, risk mitigation, and process excellence.Manage attendance and absence data entry, consolidation, verification, and accurate transfer to payroll, guiding local HR team members.Be the first contact for internal customers, enhancing HR tools and platforms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Prepare personnel reports and statistics.Monitor project initiatives and coordinate with involved stakeholders.Identify and support adoption actions for solutions with relevant structures.Ensure governance of HR application systems.Supervise Personnel administration in coordination with external consultants.Produce monthly KPI reports and monitor them.Maintain Personnel data in SuccessFactors.Support annual compensation reviews.Ensure compliance of employment contracts and employee documentation.Workplace: Vignate, with travel to other sites in northern Italy.Your ProfileEducation: Degree in HR, economics, legal, or equivalent experience.Experience:3 to 8 years of progressive HR Admin experience.Knowledge of Italian laws and Industrial Collective Bargaining Agreements.Preferred experience in manufacturing environment.Experience working across multiple legal entities with union agreements.Experience in training and deploying HR tools.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Fluent EnglishStrong communication skillsAbility to engage with multiple stakeholdersDecision-making and problem-solving skillsProactive initiativePlanning and organizational skillsWhat we offer:6-month contractFull-time positionInternational dynamic environmentSmart working and flexible hoursEquity grant programWelfare programInternal canteenLinkedIn Learning access#J-18808-Ljbffr
