Aspart of a professionalised leadership team, including a newlyappointed CEO, we are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to supportcommercial decisions across development, construction, andoperations. The Role The Senior Financial Analyst will work closelywith senior leadership and the investment team to provide in-depthfinancial modelling, valuation analysis, and reporting across agrowing portfolio of renewable assets. This is a high-impact,hands-on role offering visibility to the board and fund. KeyResponsibilities - Build and maintain robust financial models forpipeline, under-construction, and operational assets - Supportproject valuations, budgeting, and performance tracking - Liaisewith construction, asset management, and technical teams toincorporate real-time inputs into forecasting - Assist inportfolio-level analysis for internal and investor reporting -Support M&A, refinancing, and capital allocation workstreams -Engage in scenario analysis and sensitivities for business planning- Prepare investment committee materials and board-level packs -Support implementation of financial systems and data trackingprocesses Candidate Profile - 69 years of experience in projectfinance, FP&A, corporate development, or investment analysis -Background in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, orrelated sectors - Strong financial modelling skills (Excel,VBA/Power BI a plus) - Fluent in English (Italian is an advantagebut not essential) - Ability to work across multidisciplinary teamsand communicate clearly with senior stakeholders - Experience withIPPs, developers, or funds viewed favourably - A self-starter,comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolvingenvironment
