ABOUT THE JOB
The right combination of enthusiasm, boldness, and perseverance will ensure your success in this role. As a Team Leader Flex, you are the key link between the client and our international employees. You will be responsible for the daily operational processes on the work floor and for guiding our employees. In addition to managing and scheduling international employees, you will also work alongside the team at the clients location. Work is carried out in three shifts.
What will you be doing?
- Act as the first point of contact for both the client and employees on the work floor
- Monitor attendance in the mornings and onboard new employees
- Manage, coach, and lead our international employees
- Register absences, process staffing changes, and provide feedback to the OnSite or Account Manager
- Conduct regular meetings with the client, follow up on agreements, and ensure their implementation
- Identify bottlenecks in the process and propose effective solutions
- Contribute actively to operational processes
- Handle all related administrative tasks
Who are you and what do you bring to the table?
You are enthusiastic and have a strong personality. Youre someone who naturally goes the extra mile. In addition, you have:
- A secondary vocational education (MBO) level of thinking and working
- Good command of Polish and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Leadership and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, including Saturdays and public holidays
- A valid category B drivers license
- Flexibility, customer orientation, and strong commercial and organizational skills.
