Job description As a Customer Success Manager for the DACH region , youll help our clients German-speaking customers get real value from their platform. Youll build lasting relationships, guide new users, and play a key part in reducing churn and spotting growth opportunities. What youll do Guide new and existing mid-sized to large clients through a smooth onboarding process Build proactive, trust-based relationships with your portfolio through regular check-ins and strategic advice Spot upsell or expansion opportunities by understanding customer goals and platform usage Share client feedback with internal teams to support ongoing product improvements Host impactful sessions that help customers unlock the full potential of the tool Requirements What were looking for Youre someone who enjoys building meaningful client relationships and making complex tools feel simple. If youre proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership of your market this role could be a great fit.
