Nexeo is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to support a key Financial Security Control (FSC) program transition in 2025, for one of the leading banks in Belgium.

As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing overall project governance and compliance
- Leading project boards and steering committees
- Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues
- Planning capacity and managing resources
- Controlling project budgets and performance
- Driving continuous process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring efficient time and change management
- Following up on all project documentation and change requests
Profile:
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Project Management
- Experience in the following areas is mandatory:
- Project Management
- Risk Management
- Financial Security
- Permanent Control
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset (helicopter view)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, diplomatic, and customer-oriented
- Commercially aware with strong team spirit and leadership abilities
- Organized, goal-oriented, and able to motivate teams
- Proficient in Dutch and French (spoken), and fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to work in a hybrid mode: 50% onsite 50% homeworking
