Project Type: Hyperscale Data Centre Construction -Package Includes:Accommodation - Flights - Subsistence Package -Travel - Rotations - 3:1 (Negotiable) - Key Responsibilities:Leadthe delivery of all civil, structural, and architectural (CSA)works on a hyperscale data centre project in Milan, frompre-construction through to completion. - Manage early worksplanning, including groundworks, enabling works, structuralconcrete, and envelope coordination, ensuring alignment withprogramme and sequencing. - Collaborate with design consultants andinternal teams to review drawings, resolve constructability issues,and validate technical submissions. - Take a proactive role in sitereadiness, logistics planning, and temporary works coordination tofacilitate a clean handover to MEP delivery. - Monitor progressagainst schedule and provide regular reporting on site activities,contractor performance, and interface issues. - Ensure strictadherence to health & safety protocols and site standardsacross all CSA activities. - Act as a key point of contact betweenthe client, design teams, and CSA subcontractors, chairingcoordination meetings and managing scope changes or variations. -Provide input to cost control processes, including forecasting,change tracking, and subcontractor valuations. -QualificationDegree-qualified in Civil Engineering, ConstructionManagement, or a related discipline. - 810+ years experiencedelivering CSA packages on large-scale construction projects,preferably with exposure to mission-critical or data centreenvironments. - Proven ability to manage complex structural andarchitectural packages from pre-construction to handover. - Strongcoordination skills, with experience managing multiplesubcontractors in a fast-paced, high-spec environment. -Comfortable working across design, commercial, and deliveryfunctions to ensure smooth project execution.
