Powersoft is the world leader in the design, production,and commercialization of products and patented solutions forapplications in the professional audio field, such as biginternational shows, concerts, theatres, cinemas, stadiums,airports, train stations, cruises, etc. Role For increasing our QAand Test tooling development team in Florence, we are looking forcandidates with strong experience in Test Automation to join ourdynamic team as an Automation Test Engineer. The successfulcandidate will play a key role in designing, developing, andmaintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the quality andreliability of our products. This role will involve closecollaboration with cross-functional teams including firmware,software and hardware. Key responsibilities - Design and developautomated test frameworks for various products (amplifier, desktopsoftware, webapp,mobile app). - Implement and maintain automatedtest suites for regression, integration, and performance testing. -Collaborate with development teams to identify areas for automationand ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Execute automated tests,analyze results, and report on findings. - Identify performanceissues and bugs early in the development lifecycle and work withteams to resolve them. - Document test cases, procedures, andoutcomes for ongoing reference and improvement. - Continuouslyoptimize existing automation processes to maximize testingefficiency. Technical skills - Strong knowledge of automationframeworks such as Selenium, TestComplete, TestNG, or Cypress -Ability to translate requirements into automated test cases. -Experience in C# programming language - Proficiency in languagessuch as Python or JavaScript is definitely a plus. - Familiaritywith version control systems like Git - Experience with networkprotocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP) -Experience with network performance testing tools (e.g., Wireshark,iperf) Personal skills - Strong communication and collaborationskills. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. -Ability to meet deadline and adapt to changing priorities - Theenvironment is dynamic, fast-paced and requires a self-starterattitude - Passion for audio is definitely a plus Education andExperience - A bachelor''s degree in computer science, informationtechnology, electronics, electrical engineering - A master''s degreeis definitely a plus.
