The Business Process Analyst (BPA) is responsible for managing projects of varying size and complexity. This role involves end-to-end process analysis and design, with a solid understanding of both technical and operational challenges. The BPA focuses on the current state as well as future developments, addressing operational improvements and technological innovation.The Private Capital Administration Transformation & Innovation team is currently seeking experienced candidates at the Senior Consultant level to join the team as a BPA. Your main responsibilitiesPlay a key leadership role in the Operational Readiness stream of the Investran ProgrammeAnalyze Private Capital operational procedures and processes to identify opportunities for automation, risk reduction, and efficiency gainsManage tasks of varying scope and complexity, including cross-functional initiatives that may involve technical challengesEvaluate workflow effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.Work independently, developing deep expertise in the business unit and strong knowledge of related functionsSupport the implementation of new business initiativesDocument business requirements for approval in line with established project management methodologies and standardsCollaborate with system development teams to design and implement effective solutions.Lead projects through all phasesfrom design to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final implementationEnsure that appropriate support and training frameworks are in place following implementationProvide backup support for the functional support helpdesk as neededInvestigate issues and identify root causes, proposing corrective actions to address operational gapsEffectively manage time and adapt to shifting business priorities Your profileYou have at least 5 years of experience in a similar positionFluent in English and good level in FrenchProfessional qualifications in Change Management or Business Analysis are preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to pursue such certifications is a plus Technical skillsDeep understanding of the Private Capital industry and related operational processesSolid working knowledge of the Private Capital platform, specifically InvestranSkilled in data migration activities, including mapping between Investran and source systems, and using Diu files for data uploadsCapable of managing project teams, ensuring timely and efficient task completion, and optimizing use of resources and systemsSkilled at delegating project responsibilities appropriately and providing constructive feedback and recognition to team members Soft skillsSelf-motivated and proactive with a strong drive to achieve resultsDemonstrated knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniquesStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilities.Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsCreative thinker, capable of proposing innovative, scalable, and flexible solutionsEffective collaborator across cross-functional processes and project deliverablesStrong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skillsActively contributes to and champions new ideas and improvementsEnthusiastic communicator and supportive mentor and coach to peers and colleagues.Confident, balanced, and resilient; demonstrates energy and focus in achieving clear objectives If at the end of the recruitment process your application is successful, you will be asked for a criminal record.
