Your tasks include: Ensuring and maintaining customer relations Effectively handling incoming customer inquiries regarding technical issues Customer management: answering inquiries by phone or e-mail Telephone product support Provide high-quality service Recording of data elementsThe Profile. You speak German at a native level + fluent English Preferably previous experience of at least 6 months in technical support Interest and willingness to learn Technically proficient Very good communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work under high pressure You are a team player, enthusiastic and self-starter You have analytical and problem solving skills Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship requiredThe Offer.
