Through its solar division,the company is active in the development, investment, construction,and operation of photovoltaic plants, as well as in the supply ofgreen electricity and advanced energy solutions for clients inseveral European markets.Your new roleOversee full projectlifecycle: Manage all phases of construction projects frominitiation through execution to final delivery.Budget and schedulecontrol: Ensure projects remain on time and within budget throughproactive planning and monitoring.Site coordination: Direct andcoordinate on-site activities, ensuring alignment betweencontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Grid connectionexpertise: Manage and resolve grid connection issues, ensuringsuccessful integration of power plants into the nationalelectricity grid in compliance with regulatory and technicalrequirements.Quality and safety assurance: Enforce compliance withsafety regulations and quality standards throughout theconstruction process.Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate withclients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to defineobjectives and resolve technical or logistical issues.Contract andbid management: Prepare and review project bids, negotiatesubcontractor agreements, and manage contract execution.Technicalsupport: Assist engineering teams in resolving design and executionchallenges, ensuring technical feasibility and efficiency.Progressreporting: Provide regular updates on project status, identifyingrisks and implementing corrective actions as needed.Permittingoversight (streamlined): Supervise essential permitting activitiesand coordinate with external consultants and authorities to avoidproject delays.What do you need to succeed?You have a universitydegree to a masters degree and have +3 years of experience insecondary permits management during construction (preferablyphotovoltaic).English and Italian are mandatory.Good technicalknowledge in photovoltaic, electricity and building,carpentry.Experience in grid connection problematicsYou are a goodcomunicator, rigorous, autonomous and have a sense ofresponsibility.You will be required to be 50% of your time on siteand to to travel extensively.What the company offerIndividualincentiveGroup discretionary bonusWhat You Need to Do NowSe seiinteressato a questa opportunit, clicca su "Candidarsi ora" perinviare una copia aggiornata del tuo CV.
