You will be responsible for the commercial strategy,mainly with pharmacist procurement groups and wholesalers, of CSLSeqirus vaccines in France, with the aim of improving salesperformance and people leadership, in order to exceed sales, growthand profit targets. Your role ranges from: - Defining CSL Seqirus''sales strategy in France. - Executing it by building long-termcommercial partnerships with key customers across different marketchannels (procurement groups, wholesalers, public and privatehospital tenders) - Overseeing its execution by the sales team -Working closely with the Seqirus cross-functional team in France.You will effectively manage a dedicated third-party sales team anda KAM (to be recruited). You will comply with pharmaceuticalregulations, the French Public Health Code, legal obligations,company strategy, internal operating rules and procedures andprofessional ethics. You respect and ensure compliance with themedical sales representatives'' charter and current standards. LeadCommercial Strategy implementation - Working with thecross-functional team (marketing, medical, customer operations),you will contribute to the development of long-term, annual andtriennial sales strategy and forecasts. - Build a customized andcompelling strategy, as well as a value proposition for eachcustomer segment (buying groups, wholesalers, public and privatehospital tenders, individual pharmacists, nursing homes...) tomaximize total growth in volume and value. - You are responsiblefor recommending and implementing the tendering strategy of theprocurement groups and wholesalers, to ensure the development ofexisting or new accounts, understanding the customer context,identifying development and growth opportunities. - Develop abudget and implement a resource plan to meet annual and long-termplans. - Contribute to the customer experience strategy for CSLSeqirus, to be the preferred partner through strong customerrelationships and professional, innovative solutions. - Collaboratecross-functionally to share market intelligence, achieve customersatisfaction and implement brand strategies. Lead the Third-partySales Team Performance - First point of contact for the third-partysales managers, monitoring performance and activity throughout theyear and overseeing the team''s performance against the contract. -Develop strong relationships with the third-party sales team toinfluence sales results, gaining customer insight through the fieldteam, identifying further business or growth opportunities, toensure the sales team''s performance meets and exceeds their salestargets. - Works closely with regional management to establishsales plans (including customer segmentation, targeting, callplan...) and objectives (incentives plan) by cycle to generatesales growth and team commitment. - Responsible for the developmentand flawless execution of the sales plan, considering the multi-channel landscape and the evolving healthcare environment. -Seamless communication with sales operations and marketing toensure total alignment. - Develop processes and solutions toimprove sales team effectiveness and customer experience.Requirements -Bachelors degree in a scientific or business field-More than 10 years'' experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcareindustry (including generics or wholesaling) including 5 year ofteam management -Experience in negotiations with pharmacy groupsand wholesalers. -Experience in developing annual sales plans Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations -Provenleadership and management experience -Fluent in French and Englishboth spoken and written About CSL Vifor CSL Vifor aims to becomethe global leader in iron deficiency and nephrology.
