- Bachelor''s degree in wood technology or equivalent experience in the field.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with CAD drawings and a passion for working with them.
- Ability to convert CAD drawings into production plans to operate CNC machines after internal training.
