Spherical is looking for an organized and website Project Coordinator for the Web Maintenance team who will serve as an important liaison for website developers and clients, and will report directly to the Lead Project Manager. The ideal candidate has an understanding of creative processes, as well as an eye for design and a love for hospitality.
Responsibilities
Support to Web team
- Support Project Manager in organization, documentation, and internal communications on website maintenance requests
- Assist in managing internal team task queues with understanding of priorities and work flows
- Quality Assurance of development work, confirming work is executed accurately and on time
- Conduct assessments to correctly budget new tasks and projects
- Support client communications and relationship management and assist on internal projects
- Assist content management related tasks within our wordpress CMS
- Forecast, coordinate and train all the development and design internal and external resources to efficiently deliver the projects and achieve budget and timeline goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Project Coordinating experience in a creative/digital agency (or similar role)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working with creatives and web developers
- Experience working with website development
- Proven experience in hospitality and travel industry is a plus
- Experience with Wordpress, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop are a plus
- Experience with any project management tools (CRM, support platform)
- Fluent technical, web development, marketing and hospitality English level
- Fluent Spanish to communicate with external Development and Design resources
