As a Cyber Delivery Lead, you will be working for our client, a global leader in financial services. In this senior role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the delivery of cybersecurity initiatives across business regions. You will ensure that business requirements are incorporated into the global cyber transformation program and provide tailored risk reporting to stakeholders. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will enhance cybersecurity governance, risk management, and support business-critical security engagements to ensure secure and seamless business operations. Identifying roadblocks in business projects and escalating operational challenges when necessary Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on cybersecurity best practices Ability to translate technical cybersecurity topics into clear business language Proven ability to manage risk and compliance within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience preparing reports for stakeholders Proven track record of managing complex cybersecurity projects across regions Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, both technical and non-technical ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
