OHB Italia is seeking for its MAIT Department in Milano for immediate start anAIT Manager m/f Ref. AIT_2025In this position, you will be the focal point for all AIT activities related to a specific project. You will coordinate all the AIT resources allocated to the project. You need practical knowledge and a good understanding of mechanics, physics, basic electrical, and functional principles of a Satellite. You will report to the Head of the AIT Department.Your TasksCoordinate and work within the AIT activities for the project.Participate in all project phases from proposal to completion, focusing on AIT aspects.Prepare and maintain the AIT Plan and Flow.Create the AIT WBS and WPDs as inputs for the project WBS/WPD.Evaluate costs (Labor and Non-Labor) for all AIT activities from start to finish.Manage and update the AIT Schedule.Coordinate all resources executing AIT activities, regardless of department.Establish and implement shift plans for resources, including campaigns.Monitor progress, costs, and update ETC/EAC for AIT activities.Lead daily meetings when applicable.Ensure quality rules are followed and implement corrective actions if needed.Coordinate preparation of AIT documentation: procedures, dashboards, setup designs, as-run procedures, IRR, TRR, PTR.Contribute to the Risk Register.Verify availability of necessary inputs like test requirements, system schedules, user manuals, etc.Coordinate test facility procurement and support their commercial aspects.Lead EVT and Launch Campaigns when scheduled.Participate in project reviews and meetings such as IRR, TRR, PTR, NRB, and progress meetings.Your QualificationsMasters degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.At least five years of professional experience in AIT.Ability to coordinate resources and organize work in shifts.Strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.Familiarity with space business documentation: manuals, architecture, design, test requirements, procedures, drawings.Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.Good reporting and communication skills.Willingness to work on long-term missions and during campaigns.Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.Knowledge of quality principles in space projects, including clean room procedures.Ability to learn from lessons and apply improvements.Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD Viewer software.Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
