Your Mission:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient management of the sales process, working closely with clients, sales representatives, and internal departments.
Your Responsibilities:
Enter and manage customer orders in the companys systems
Provide support regarding licenses, invoicing, and order-related requests
Communicate with and manage relationships with partners and suppliers
Place and follow up on supplier orders and purchases
Maintain and update customer records and master data
Prepare and handle commercial documentation such as contracts, order confirmations, and proforma invoices
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Economics / related field
Previous experience in a commercial back office or similar administrative role
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Analytical skills
Team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent knowledge of English
