We believe in a value-driven corporate culture built on mutual understanding and strong relationships with colleagues, partners, suppliers, and customers.In This Role You WillServe as the lead for the tender process:Ensure presence within the public procurement portal and receipt of tender notices.Coordinate preparation of all administrative, technical, and economic documentation according to SOPs and pricing guidelines.Ensure timely submission of tenders.Implement pricing governance and Sysmex PoA for commercial activities.Sign offer and tender documentation within your delegation.Follow up on tender progression.Coordinate appeals, allegations, and corrections in administrative files, liaising with law firms and external advisors.Maintain physical and digital archives of tenders for statistical analysis.Implement and maintain tools and a tender repository.Report key KPIs to the company''s QMS.Manage the tender team:Manage resources and staff, establish objectives, and oversee performance reviews, training, and motivation.Ensure quality and progress of work, and implement best practices.Job RequirementsDegree in Law, Economics, or Business Administration and Management.Proficiency with MS Office.Fluent in Italian and English.3-5 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the Medical Device or IVD industry.Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at various levels.Whats In It For You?We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and offer:Mobile working options.Flexible hours and work-life balance.Ticket restaurant.Canteen facilities.Campus training platform for continuous growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
