About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT & Sales Process Efficiency & IT Agility Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to work on optimizing IT systems, sales processes, and improving overall agility within our IT infrastructure. The intern will support the development and execution of strategies aimed at streamlining sales operations, enhancing IT efficiency, and driving overall business growth through technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT, sales processes, and process improvement within a fast-paced, innovative environment.


Responsibilities

Sales Process Optimization:

oImplement & Identify areas for improvement within sales processes.

oCollaborate with CEO to understand pain points and provide IT-driven solutions to streamline workflows.

oMonitor performance of sales leads generations, prospects, conversation rate.

IT Systems & Efficiency & Agility in IT:

oSupport the integration of new tools, technologies, or new software AI platform, ensuring seamless workflows between sales tools and other business systems, and increase sales productivity and efficiency. Including CRM HubSpot, recoding meeting, prompts leads generations, etc.

oWork with all the different team department to enhance the agility of IT operations, allowing for faster and more responsive decision-making.

oHelp identify opportunities for automating manual processes, improving system efficiency, and minimizing downtime.

oAssist with IT projects aimed at improving the agility and flexibility of sales and business operations.

oAssist in the execution of IT and sales process improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

oTrack the progress of ongoing projects, report on milestones, and help resolve any roadblocks.

Collaboration & Communication:

oWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales-marketing, environmental team, CEO and Operations Manager, to align objectives and improve process efficiency.

oParticipate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, provide updates, and contribute ideas for process improvements.

oEnsure clear communication between team and well acceptance and usage of new tools implemented internally

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

oStay up to date with the latest developments in AI, CRM technologies, and sales/marketing best practices.

oProactively identify opportunities to enhance CRM capabilities and leverage emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.


Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.

Strong interest in IT systems, AI platforms, process efficiency, and sales operations.

Expert with sales CRM systems (HubSpot, or CRM for SMEs).

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, system integration, and process automation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience in Motion (task Manager tools)
