Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Boutique Manager located in Madrid. The Boutique Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including product knowledge, communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, managing the boutique, and leading a team.

Qualifications

• Product Knowledge and Boutique Management skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Team Management
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
• Previous experience in luxury retail is a mandatory
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Other languages are a plus
