The Opportunity As a Guidewire Developer, you will be part of Business Insurance Transformation projects, working with agile teams to deliver high-impact solutions. You will have the chance to work with the latest technology stack, develop and implement new solutions, and collaborate with industry-leading clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement solutions within the Guidewire Claim Center or Policy Center Collaborate with onsite coordinators and agile teams to ensure project success Plan, monitor, and deliver project milestones efficiently Mentor team members and contribute to best practices Travel to customer locations if needed Participate in organization-wide initiatives and innovation projects What You Bring Experience in Java/Guidewire development Deep knowledge of Guidewire Claim Center or Policy Center (Mandatory) Strong understanding of Java 8, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate Knowledge of Application Servers and Enterprise Messaging Systems Awareness of coding best practices (Clean Code, Design Patterns) Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or a related technical field Strong communication and business skills Nice to Have Experience with Angular 5 Working knowledge of Kotlin
