Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our logistics operations in Tilburg or Rotterdam. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in local logistics or transportation, and a strong understanding of Dutch labor laws and HR practices. This role will be critical in aligning people strategies with business objectives, managing talent, and ensuring the success of our operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to logistics leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Lead talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development within logistics teams.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fill key roles and address skill gaps in operations.
- Provide guidance on labor law compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning in the Dutch context.
- Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and continuous feedback.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements for efficiency and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch employment regulations and JD Logistics policies.
Required Qualifications:
- HR experience in the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry in the Netherlands.
- In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR compliance standards.
- Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and implement HR strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong track record in talent acquisition and development within logistics operations.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
