Join our team of about 303,000 colleagues worldwide and help us create environments that care.Your ChallengeAs a solution consultant/analyst in our global "SherpaX SI CPQ" project, you will help shape and implement the foundation for a state-of-the-art IT platform for the offering business in Smart Infrastructure (SI). Working with an agile team, product owner, solution architect, product manager, and developers, you will serve as the bridge between business and IT, defining requirements and user stories for the new SF RLM CPQ solution. Integrations and information management from various information systems within Siemens SI''s IT landscape, including interfaces to ERP systems, will be crucial for enabling end-to-end business processes.Your main activities will include:Identifying and eliciting the SI CPQ business needs.Researching, planning, and communicating requirements to POs and developers, overseeing project progress and quality.Acting as a bridge between the business and the IT team.Collaborating with the SI CPQ architect to develop efficient IT solutions.Breaking down business features into manageable user stories.Working within an Agile SAFe framework.Supporting the evolution of the functional solution architecture.To be a perfect fit, you should have:Several years of experience with Salesforce CPQ+ as a solutions consultant.Knowledge of SFDC development and/or administration is a plus.Experience defining features and user stories in large-scale SDLC projects, preferably in CPQ.Experience presenting solutions and ideas to decision-makers, technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to coordinate internal and external teams on interface and process topics to reach common solutions.Experience working in an Agile DevOps Scrum environment.Strong teamwork skills and experience in an international environment.A pragmatic, output-oriented mindset.Fluency in English and Italian (oral and written); German is a plus.Eligibility to work in Italy.What we offerGuidance to development teams and experience in SI business.International work environment.Flexibility: results-driven, hybrid and remote work, reimbursement for Wi-Fi.Welfare: flexible programs, health insurance for you and family, accident insurance, free on-site lunch.Growth opportunities: continuous learning.An inclusive culture where you can be yourself.Visit our welfare programs: Benefits e Welfare in Siemens Italia - Siemens IT.
