We seek innovative Tax and Technology professionals to support clients in transforming their tax functions and adapting to digital tax administration through data, process, and technology leveraging. As part of our team, you will help design, develop, and implement systems architecture tailored to client needs in the evolving tax landscape. Your role includes gathering requirements for ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or other tax technology solutions to meet digital tax reporting needs, including e-invoicing, e-reporting, and e-audit. You will work with an experienced team to ensure clients have the right data, processes, and systems for the future. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate client tax and business requirements to design optimal digital reporting solutions like SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. Design, build, and integrate tax requirements into e-invoicing/e-reporting solutions and wider ERP systems. Assess the impact of technical choices and resolve arising issues. Maintain relationships with stakeholders and communicate challenges and progress. Provide updates on project status, costs, and achievements. Research emerging technologies and propose enhancements to Deloitte''s Tax ERP offerings. Qualifications and Experience: MBA, Chartered Accountant, or Bachelors in Finance/Accounts with experience in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation. 3-4 years in Tax, ERPs, and Tax Technology. Hands-on experience with ERP and tax technology solutions like SAP, Oracle, Edicom, Pagero, SOVOS. Experience in designing Tax and ERP solution architectures. Knowledge of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD) and tax procedures. Experience with ERP migration and functional specifications. Proficiency in project methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Desire to learn new skills and technologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Experience working in dynamic, multi-functional teams. Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
