In an environment ofcomplex architectures transitioning to cloud-native solutions, weseek to ensure alignment with emerging regulatory frameworks incybersecurity, and you will be driving high-stakes andcross-functional cybersecurity and IT projects that shape ourcompanys digital evolution. Key Responsibilities: You areresponsible for the overall direction, coordination,implementation, execution, and completion of cybersecuritytransformation projects ensuring consistency with organizationalstrategy and goals. You collaborate with several scrum teams in theIT and Business departments and will mainly: - Take the lead onCybersecurity & IT projects: define and ensure the deliveriesmeet the planning and high-quality standards of EPEX SPOT. Drivethe teams to completion of our roadmap goals and deliveries -Propose innovative solutions. Build on your IT knowledge andcybersecurity experience to construct the solution roadmap.Initiate the product plan, work with the team, and elaborate withthem the necessary project framework. Lead the project plans, setexpectations for delivery, actively listen, and support the team.Communicate within and outside the project teams - Support tobacklog management, iterative planning. Work closely with projectand scrum teams to understand strategic priorities of the company,plan and prioritize accordingly the features of the backlog,aligned with quarterly planning methodology. - Coordinate theimplementation and adoption of IT projects, including theimplementation of both global and local IT solutions and processes- Lead the change in partnership with the IT and businessdepartments: keep a problem-solving oriented attitude, look aftersolution in collaboration with other teams, proactively managestakeholders to get solutions done Key Requirements: Hard Skills: -Passion for digital transformation, architecture, IT cybersecurityand strategy, cloud, with an appetite for both strategic thinkingand implementation work - Proven ability to manage complex,multi-stakeholder projects with autonomy, from planning toexecution and delivery. - In-depth knowledge of cybersecurityframeworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards (e.g.,GDPR, HIPAA). - Good understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP,AWS, Azure), DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines - Strongknowledge of software and infrastructure design / architectureprocesses - Experience leading project or product backlogs, sprintplanning, and coordinating cross-functional teams in Agileenvironments. - Certifications such as Agile/Scrum, CISSP, orDevOps are a plus. Soft Skills: - Team player with a strongcollaborative mindset - Impact-driven mindset and strategic thinker- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to translatetechnical vision to non-technical stakeholders and management. -Autonomous with a positive mindset Language Skills: - FluentEnglish (written and verbal) - French or Dutch would be a plusEducation and Experience: - Masters degree with degree in ComputerScience or Information Technology or Business Engineering - Minimum7 years of working experience managing cybersecurity initiatives,IT and DevOps projects, ideally in a cloud transformationenvironment. - Proven track record of competencies in IT ProjectManagement and Cybersecurity, in various IT fields Location: Yourwork location will preferably be Paris, with no specificrestriction amongst other EPEX offices locations and an attractivehybrid work policy.
