Team Description The team is composed of aroundten people and includes various functions that work closelytogether to ensure the smooth running of People & HRoperations. Supporting the agencys 250 employees, we handle allkey areas: administration and payroll, recruitment, onboarding,diversity and inclusion, training, staffing, and skillsdevelopment. As a senior HR Strategist, you will work closely withour HR Director and play a key role in partnering with businessleaders to design and implement strategic HR policies and programsthat support talent development, organizational transformation, andemployee experience. You will also collaborate with members of thePeople team to drive process efficiency and support our businessthrough ongoing economic challenges. Job Description Your mainresponsibilities will include: - Partnering with leadership teamsto define HR strategies aligned with business priorities, based ona deep understanding of organizational needs. - Advising leaders onpeople-related decisions while balancing performance, companyculture, and growth strategy. - Leading the execution of the HRcalendar (performance reviews, compensation cycles, promotions,people reviews, etc.) in coordination with the Staffing Partner andthe Director of People Strategy. - Co-developing innovativeinitiatives with regional and global People teams to enhanceemployee experience and strengthen Publicis Sapient''s culture. -Leveraging people data and insights to support strategicdecision-making and anticipate organizational needs. - Managingcomplex individual employee situations, providing structured,confidential support and ensuring alignment with internal processesand legal frameworks. - Overseeing individual case managementincluding disciplinary procedures, mutual terminations, dismissals,and litigation cases in collaboration with legal counsel.Qualifications - A minimum of 8 years of significant experience asan HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in any other strategic HRfunction. - Strong expertise in HR and legal practices: talentmanagement, performance evaluation, compensation strategy,disciplinary and litigation procedures, application of Synteccollective agreement standards, etc. - Ability to build trust-basedrelationships and influence stakeholders, including executiveleadership. - Experience in a complex, international, and matrixedenvironmentideally within a consulting or professional servicesfirm. - Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments, withan agile and project-oriented mindset. - Analytical thinking tointerpret trends, diagnose challenges, and propose actionablesolutions. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyunder tight deadlines. - High emotional intelligence and stronglistening skills to balance human needs with business objectives. -Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. -Strong business orientation and a drive to contribute to companyperformance through people-related levers. - Fluency in bothEnglish and French (advanced level).
