They are designed to support decision-making, administrative evaluation, and investment control processes, especially in the insurance market.As a Sofia Associate Business Service Delivery, you will be responsible for providing operational services linked to the use of SimCorp Sofia, outsourced by the client. This includes administrative tasks in data maintenance and the production and delivery of reporting and business intelligence tools.The Service Delivery team delivers services under the SLA and monitors that all activities are performed as agreed with the clients.What you will be responsible for :Following up on procedures of each task assigned according to SLA.Interacting with clients and coordinating with colleagues to ensure the full completion of tasks.Detecting operational process improvement opportunities and checking feasibility with senior colleagues.Providing support to the client under senior supervision.You will be introduced to our technologies with full-time training.What we value :Most importantly, you see yourself contributing and thriving in this role.
