Conduct stability studies for new construction and renovation projects. Provide advice on the selection and design of foundations, beams, columns, and floor slabs. Offer guidance on necessary work related to damage, property transactions, or renovations. Prepare preliminary designs, final plans, details, bending diagrams, and quantity take-offs. Calculate the required reinforcement and dimensions for load-bearing elements. Depending on experience, independently carry out site supervision and inspections of existing buildings. An industrial engineer in civil engineering, you possess a strong understanding of stability principles and the structures of buildings. You are proactive and driven, with the ability to independently complete projects. You have excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. You are familiar with commonly used calculation software.
