The Green Recruitment Company has been partenered witha leading IPP in the search of a Land Manager in Italy.Responsibilities: - Participation in the identification, analysisand selection of potential sites for the installation of generationplants from renewable energy sources. - Identification of owners ofthe land identified for the development of the generation plantsand their evacuation and negotiation infrastructures, and closingwith them the corresponding legal transactions (leasing contracts,options, easements, acquisitions, easements, etc.) - Establishrelationships with local institutions. - Search for real estatebrokers that support the employee and the company in the search andnegotiation of land for the development of generation facilitiesand their infrastructures. - Support in the management of thedifferent projects in the development phase through dialogue withother external brokers. - Support in the processing of thenecessary authorizations for the construction and operation ofenergy generation facilities with renewable sources. -Participation in M&A processes, due diligence regarding landavailability. - Support in the preparation of documentation forlitigation and pre-litigation issues. Requierements: - Plus 5 yearsof experience in Land Management, Scouting and Brokerage of SolarPv projects. - Knowledge of agricultural land real estate law andenvironmental law would be an advantage - Negotiating skills with agood feel for contact persons as well as the ability to establishand maintain contacts - Experienced handling of Italian legalstandards , building law and renewable energy law related landownership - Very good interpersonal skills, autonomy, aptitude forteamwork, ability to synthesize, involvement and rigor, efficiency,ability to carry out several projects in parallel and know how tomanage priorities. - Fluency in English.
