We are seeking an European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour''s growing global team, working directly with Endeavour''s Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, and focused on coordinating Endeavour''s business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This role is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire our Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.
The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to take on challenges, and ready to make an impact.
