As a DevOps Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, as they transition their infrastructure from Windows-based services to a modern Kubernetes environment. Your focus will be on migrating microservices and vendor-based applications, while also addressing current monitoring gaps. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the client's infrastructure strategy, driving the adoption of cutting-edge DevOps practices and improving operational efficiency. Develop automation scripts (Python) to improve efficiency and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Migrate Windows-based services to Kubernetes Automate deployments for both Windows and Kubernetes environments Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps technologies and best practices Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python)Experience with containerization technologies (Docker)Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Influx, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)Experience with Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues You can report violations in accordance with ITDSs Whistleblower Procedure available here .
