As an E-Commerce Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and creating marketing campaigns. You will work directly with the founder and assist with various administrative and creative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: You will manage our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and create engaging content that reflects our brand values.
Content Creation: You will create compelling posts, stories, and video content, including product showcases, seasonal campaigns, and customer testimonials.
Community Management: You will respond to customer inquiries and comments, maintain interaction with our followers, and build an engaged community.
Newsletter Creation: You will regularly create newsletters to inform customers about new products, offers, and events.
Marketing Campaigns: You will independently develop and implement various marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Administrative Support: You will assist with various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations in daily business.
Trade Shows and Events: You will attend trade shows and events to represent the company and explore potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
You have minimum of 3 years experiencein social media, e-commerce, or marketing.
You are creative and have a good sense of trends and design.
You are self-motivated and proactive.
You have experience with social media platforms and tools for scheduling and analysis (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics).
You have experience creating newsletters and running marketing campaigns.
You are well-organized and can reliably manage administrative tasks.
You are fluent in both German and English. Additional language skills are a plus.
You have an interest in home and lifestyle products and want to work in a creative and dynamic environment.
