Thermo Fisher Scientific - Lead Visual InspectionThermo Fisher Scientific, a world leader in serving science, is seeking a Lead for the Visual Inspection department at the Monza (MB) facility. The resource will operate in a department where automatic, semi-automatic, and manual visual inspections are performed on sterile drugs in bottles (liquid and lyophilized forms) or pre-filled syringes.The resource, reporting to the Visual Inspection Supervisor, will collaborate daily with quality and other site functions to achieve customer satisfaction and deliver products to patients. The Lead will coordinate assigned activities, ensuring effective collaboration among operators.ResponsibilitiesAchieve production goals: Ensure quantity and quality objectives are met through planning and control of daily and weekly production activities, adhering to procedures, quality standards, safety, environmental impact, and supervisor directives.Production planning: Contribute to adequate weekly and daily planning by assigning tasks to operators according to the department''s schedule, ensuring production meets planned quantities, times, and quality standards.Supervision and documentation: Oversee production activities, control Batch Records and related documentation, ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality policies before submission to Quality Assurance.QualificationsDegree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a Diploma with relevant experienceAt least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or food environmentFluent in Italian and EnglishStrong resource management and leadership skillsWilling to work shifts (including continuous cycle and night shifts)Responsibility and flexibility#J-18808-Ljbffr
