OverviewThe FE Developer is responsible for ensuring the overall performance of the product by applying principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software. The Developer ensures the timely delivery of high-quality software within release timelines and guidelines.What you will be doingDevelop complex code based on functional specifications; complete logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards.Translate and analyze software requirements into design specifications and ensure adherence to requirements.Perform complex peer code reviews and analysis; provide insights on the broader impact of software changes.Incorporate business value and identify broader impacts to the software; influence and provide technical guidance to team members.Test code to verify it meets technical specifications and functions as intended before code review.Create and apply automated tests and test principles to software changes, including unit tests.Influence and lead standards and processes within the team, including planning, work estimation, solution demos, reviews, and code design discussions.Contribute to the implementation of a delivery pipeline, including test automation, security, and performance.Understand business, application, and coding tasks to recommend internal process improvements and enhance product documentation.Research complex escalations related to production or software issues to ensure application stability.Implement development standards to ensure compliance with product and industry practices and regulations.Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members; may also provide feedback to leadership on team technical abilities.What will make you successfulBachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design.Experience with continuous software delivery.Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript (Angular) or TypeScript.Experience working in Windows/Linux environments with open-source tools/platforms.Demonstrated experience with build environments and delivery pipelines.Experience with test automation and continuous integration tools.Knowledge of software application testing tools, methodologies, and frameworks.Strong communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and tact.Strong collaboration skills within teams and across organizational levels.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Attention to detail.Desire to learn and stay current professionally.Passionate, competitive, and curious about technology.Quick learner with technological curiosity and aptitude.Ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize team members and business partners.Effective at establishing rapport and gaining trust.Creative thinking to translate goals into innovative solutions.Ability to provide constructive technical feedback.Willingness to travel up to 10%.Job SummaryJob ID: 2025-12294# of Openings: 1Job Locations: Remote - ItalyAdditional Locations: IT | PL-WarszawaCategory: Engineering and Testing#J-18808-Ljbffr
